2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided via the website are estimates based on the information provided by the client.
Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the project scope changes or if unforeseen technical challenges arise.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. For WiFi installations, the client must have an active internet service plan with a local provider (e.g., Xfinity, Verizon).

4. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure the highest standard of installation, Tech Haitham A INC. is not responsible for outages caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), hardware failure of third-party devices, or software updates beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and business checks.

6. Warranty

We provide a 1-year workmanship guarantee on all our installations. This covers the quality of our labor but does not cover physical damage caused by the client or external weather events.
